It is an easy and quick salad with few ingredients; however, it will help you to reach your goals of deflating your belly and losing weight.

Ingredients:
1 ½ cup of cherry tomatoes.
1 Peeled seedless cucumber. Cut it in diced
1 Cut avocado into cubes
¼ cup of feta cheese (optional)
2 tablespoons of cut red onion
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
Add sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Directions:
⦁ Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Add to the bowl.
⦁ Peal the cucumber and remove the seeds. Cut in cubes
⦁ Peel the skin from avocado and cute them in cubes. Using a spoon peel off avocado from its skin and add it with cheese on the bowl
⦁ Add red onion and chopped parsley on the bowl.
⦁ Mix olive oil, red wine and black pepper in separate bowl. Then, add it in salad.
⦁ Gently mix together the cheese and avocado
