Lentils for Slimming and nourishing

Salad lentils

Ingredients.

4 portions.

1 ½ cup of lentils
1/2 vegetable bouillon
Vegetable Stock
1 big onion
2 tomatoes
½ red bell pepper
1 spoon of fresh chopped parsley
1 little plant of lettuce or curly endives

Dressing for salad

½ cup of oil
1 spoon of mustard
1 spoon of lemon juice

 

Directions

30 minutes

⦁ Soak the lentils in water during 3 hours, then add the vegetable bouillon and cook until tender. Drain and put to one side.
⦁ Chop the onion in small pieces, sauté in spoon oil until it turns transparent.
⦁ Mix the lentils with onion. Add the cut tomatoes into tiny wedges, the chopped red bell pepper and the parsley.
⦁ Put all dressing ingredient into a bowl, mix and put to one side.
⦁ Put the salad over a bed of lettuce and sprinkle above.

Wonderful salad to lose weight and eat it twice a week.
