Boneless, skinless chicken breast is all white meat and the leanest part of the chicken. It is extremely versatile, great for a wide variety of preparations methods, and takes on the flavor of marinades or seasonings.

1 3/4 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lemon, halved
2 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- Preheat grill. season chicken on both sideswith lemon pepper seasoning and salt. Grill chicken 1-2 minutes over direct heat. Squeeze juice of half a lemon over chiken. Once chiken is seared, cover.
- Grill 6-8 minutes on each side over medium heat or until chicken is 165ºF. Let stan 5 minutes; top with remaining lemon juice and balsamic glaze.
